A former attorney, Monique brings a sharp eye for detail and a problem-solving mindset to her work. Levy Consulting Co. is co-led by Jonathan Levy, who brings more than a decade of experience in hospitality operations, workforce development, and organizational strategy. Known for blending empathy with execution, Jonathan helps leaders and teams cut through complexity and design systems that actually work in practice. His approach is grounded in operations but always people-centered, rooted in the belief that the best-run organizations should feel as seamless and welcoming as a trusted luxury brand.
An art-school graduate turned hospitality operator, Jonathan worked with globally recognized brands before moving into consulting. Those years sharpened his ability to coach emerging leaders, build trust across diverse teams, and turn challenges into opportunities for growth.
